WHAT IS THIS NOTICE ABOUT
This page describes the site management methods regarding the handling of personal data of its users. It is an informational notice that is also provided pursuant to Art. 13 of L.D. 196: June 2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data of those who interact with services accessed via internet starting from the addresshttp://www.golfcarimate.com, which corresponds to the site's home page. The information reported is only for this site and not for any other website that may be consulted by the user through a link. The informational notice is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authority for the protection of personal data, along with the Group instituted by Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/CE, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide users when they connect to websites, regardless of the connection purpose.
After consulting this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "controller" of this processing is Golf Club di Carimate Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica via Airoldi, 2, 22060 Carimate (Italia).
DATA PROCESSING LOCATION
Processing connected with web services for this site are at the aforementioned registered offices of the company and are handled only by personnel entrusted with data processing or others entrusted with occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service is communicated or distributed. Personal data provided by users that request informational material is used only in order to perform the service requested and are only communicated to third parties if necessary for that purpose.

This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistical data on the use of the website and to check that it is operating correctly and it is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this case, the data on web contacts does not persist for more than seven days.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, needed in order to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the site pages dedicated to particular services, upon request.
No personal user data is purchased from the site on this subject. Cookies are not used at all for the transmission of personal information nor are persistent cookies of any type or systems for tracking users. The use of session cookies (that are not persistently saved on the user's computer and that disappear with the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (made up of random numbers generated by the server), which are needed to allow for safe and efficient exploration of the website. In this case, a response is required under penalty of administrative sanction.
Personal data is processed using automatic tools for the amount of time that is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are followed to prevent data loss, illegal or improper use and unauthorised access.
RIGHTS OF THOSE CONCERNED
Those subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or lack of said data and to be aware of its contents and origin, verify its correctness or request its completion, updating or correction (Art. 7 of L.D. 196/2003). According to the same article, the subject has the right to ask for the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose its processing, in any event, for legitimate reasons.
